Ingredients
  1. ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  2. 1 cup soy milk
  3. 1 banana, frozen
  4. ¾ cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
  5. 1 tsp honey (optional)
  6. 4–5 ice cubes (if using fresh blueberries)
  7. 1/4 tsp matcha green tea (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place the oats into a blender first and blend until they're a fine dust. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. Enjoy!
