Greek Yogurt Covered Blueberries
I took two cups Dannon Oikos Greek yogurt (blue cup), the honey flavor and one carton of fresh blueberries. Stick a berry with a toothpick and dip/swirl in the yogurt cup and use a second toothpick to push it off onto a cookie sheet. Do all of them and place cookie sheet in the freezer. After an hour you can pop them off the cookie sheet with a fork/spatula and put them into plastic baggies. I got three sandwich bags full!

Ingredients
  1. 2 Cups Greek Yogurt
  2. 1 Carton Blueberries
Instructions
  1. Stick a berry with a bamboo skewer (a toothpick would work too) and dip/swirl it in the yogurt. Then ease it off the end of the skewer and onto a cookie sheet. It’s easier to do this if you just barely stick the berry onto the skewer.
  2. Keep dipping and swirling until all of the blueberries are gone or you run out of yogurt (like I did) …and put them in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  3. Pop them off the cookie sheet and put them into a plastic bag for storage in the freezer.
