Let me start out by saying that 97% of fitness programs these days are, well, more or less garbage. That goes for programs you see online and on TV. The vast majority aren’t worth my time to review, never mind recommend.

This time, it’s a fitness guide appropriately titled “Visual Impact Muscle Building”. It’s not perfect, but it’s darn near close. I decided to do a detailed review to help clear up any questions you guys might have about the program. Here it goes.

Visual Impact was written and designed by my colleague, Russell (most people call him Rusty) Moore. Rusty runs a high traffic fitness blog and has written multiple books and fitness guides. His greatest work to date is undoubtedly his Visual Impact Muscle Building program.

Rusty has dedicated his life to helping individuals achieve a visually appealing body. Where he differs from most other trainers and fitness gurus is in his view of the ideal body. He hates the meathead, bodybuilder look. Phase 1: Build Muscle in the Right Places

In the beginning, you are given explicit instructions on what exercises to do, when to do them, how often to do them, and the volume in which to do them in. Strict instruction tells you when you can move onto the next phase of the program, which is included in every other phase as well.

Phase 2: Increase Muscle Density

This is where you begin to see results which make you smile. Have you ever noticed how some people have big, puffy, but undefined muscles, and yet others have rock-hard, dense muscles? This is where you’ll learn how to get the latter.

This phase will still have you building new muscle, but it will be in a slightly different way. You’ll be lifting heavier, and getting ready to transfer into phase three of the program.

Phase 3: Achieve Maximum Muscle Density and Lose Excess Fat

Any excess fat that you still have lingering will be completely extinguished in this phase. You will be lifting heavy, breaking personal best weight lifting records, and using extremely powerful fat burning methods in the process.

Bonus Phase: The Shrink Wrap Effect

Rusty has thrown this phase in as a bonus. I won’t go into a lot of detail about the Shrink Wrap Effect in this review, but I will say that this is the technique that Hollywood celebrities use to get their movie-ready abs. The outcome? This technique won’t do you much good without following the first 3 phases of the program though, so it’s important to leave it until the end.
